If you are looking for a beautiful, authentic looking, unique wand to complete your Harry Potter or wizard/witch costume, you are in luck! My goal is to provide one-of-a-kind, solid wood wands at a price that everyone can afford, even if you have three little Gryffindors for Halloween this year (as I do).

These are unique, custom wands, made of quality solid hardwood or pine, and each purchase includes a FREE Certificate of Authenticity. These wands are not pre-made. Each wand will be custom made to order, so you must allow five to twelve business days for production. Each wand will be carved, ground, sanded, stained or painted, and coated with polyurethane finish. You may choose from the variations below, or request custom features.

VARIATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
1. Diameter (at largest point) choices: 5/8" (approximate), 1/2" (approximate)
2. Length (up to 12") choices: 11" like Harry's wand, 10 3/4" like Hermione's wand, 12" like Ron's 1st wand, 10" like Draco's wand, Custom length request (up to 12")
3. Handle: No Handle (shaft style), Wide Handled (base slightly wider), Spindle Handled (base separated from the rest of the wand by indentation)
4. Texture Detail choices: Smooth, Ridged, Pocked/Carved, Custom texture/detail request
5. Finished Color choices: Black Paint (solid black), Ebony Stain (bronze look with wood showing through black stain), Dark Walnut Stain, Red Mahogany Stain, Rosewood Stain, Golden Pecan Stain, Natural Wood (Unstained), Custom color request

You must also let me know what you want written on your Certificate of Authenticity, including wood type, length, core, and name of wand recipient (information on the certificate does not have to be accurate, use your imagination all you like). Please either include this information in a note during the payment process, or in a separate ebay message immediately after you have completed your purchase. If you do not have a preference, let me know that you would like me to design an original wand for you.*****

Wand only or wand wrapped in Owl Post wrappings: $3.00 to ship anywhere in USA via USPS First Class Mail in large envelope (2-3 business days).

Wand in box or wand in box wrapped in Owl Post wrappings: $6.00 to ship anywhere in USA via USPS First Class Parcel in shipping box (2-5 business days).

***Note: All items are available for local pickup in Provo, Utah. There will be no shipping charge if items are picked up.

CUSTOM FEATURE REQUESTS:

I do not guarantee that I will be able to produce a wand with the custom request features you desire, but I will try. You must send me a message or email specifying the exact custom features you desire so that I can evaluate my resources and let you know if I will be able to produce the wand. Some custom requests may require additional fees to cover the cost of more expensive materials or extra time. If this is the case, I will let you know via email before I start production on the wand. If I feel that I am unable to create a wand with your specific custom feature requests, I will let you know via email. You may then reply and let me know if you would like to substitute features which I can produce, or if you would prefer a refund. Custom features may take up to four weeks more production time, depending on the request.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All of my items, including custom wand orders, will be processed through my Etsy shop. Email me or convo me on Etsy and we can work out the details of your custom order, then I will put up a private listing for you. My etsy shop is here: owlpostmagic.etsy.com
• These wands are solid wood and do not have hollow cores, therefore they do not have items (magical or otherwise) in their cores.
• These wands are not movie prop replicas. They are original creations that may be loosely based on movie props or literary descriptions.
• Because these wands are custom made by hand, no two wands will be identical, even if you request the same parameters for each.
• Items pictured are samples of items I have made, but your own wand, box, and wrappings will be unique (but just as good!).
• The color guide is for reference, but wand color will vary according to the type of wood and number of coats applied.
  
• Please message or convo me with any specific questions you may have.
• The wand will be custom made for you, and therefore I cannot allow refunds or exchanges, except due to seller error (such as if I send you the wrong item).
• Owl Post wrappings will not be on the outside of the shipped package, but will be inside a plain shipping box or envelope (initially disguised, but ready for you to remove and present to the lucky recipient as if it just arrived from Diagon Alley via Owl Post).
• Wand boxes are approximately 16.5 x 4.25 x 1.5" or 14 x 3.5 x 2" (depending upon length of wand), each is fitted with a velvet cushion custom made to fit your wand and comes complete with Ollivander's labels.
